The show is one of the classics produced by the channel and never gets old. The girls have gone up against a dedicated rogue's gallery, and the primary antagonists been given priority here. They're ranked in order of their power level and their feats against the girls. Had it not been for the villains, the show would never have been the big success it ultimately became.

In June , Craig McCracken , a student of the animation program of CalArts ,  initially created a drawing of three girls on a small sheet of orange construction paper as a birthday card design for his brother. Then after drawing the three little girls he started imagining them in superhero situations. Although the name Whoopass had to be dropped for the channel to include it in the What a Cartoon!

Blossom voiced by Cathy Cavadini is one of the main characters in the animated television series "Powerpuff Girls. She has long, light red-orange hair, pink eyes, and usually wears a pink dress with a black belt and a red bow on the top of her head and a heart-shaped hairclip when seen from behind. She is known for being the smartest one and the leader of the Powerpuff Girls.
